Rikesh is a Director in our Manchester office and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, business disposals, management buyouts, fund raising and growth capital on transactions with a typical deal value of between £10m to £60m.

He has over 15 years’ experience in financial services and joined Shaw & Co from RSM Corporate Finance where he was a Director in the company’s M&A and Private Equity team.

‍

His recent deal experience includes advising instrument engineers Lambda Calibration on its sale to Trescal; overseeing the debt funded management buyout of Trust Utility Management; advising the shareholders of Five Wealth on private equity investment from Foresight; and advising the shareholders of MacroArt and YFM on their sale to Moss Inc.

At Shaw & Co he plays a key role in growing our business across both the North West and the rest of the UK.

‍

Before joining RSM, Rikesh held roles in the Audit & Accounts team of UHY Hacker Young and was a Research Analyst at Ballard Campbell Corporate Finance.

‍

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Rikesh holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Manchester. When away from the office, he is ferrying his kids around to their various clubs and trying to squeeze in a run where possible.
