How we work

The Seven Steps

We take all of our clients through a carefully crafted journey. Firstly, to ensure that we are a great match for each other and once engaged, to ensure we deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations.

Step 1

DISCOVERY CALL

The first step is a discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about your business and your requirements, to discover if we can help you, and whether we are a good fit for each other.

Step 2

INFORMATION REQUEST

Before we can make the right recommendation, we will require further information about your business. An information request will be sent to you. This will be accompanied by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to assure you of confidentiality.

Step 3

MEET OUR EXPERTS

Having reviewed your business information, we’ll arrange a meeting with the most relevant experts in our team to discuss your requirements and explain how we are able to help.

Step 4

OUR PROPOSAL

Next, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal setting out your requirements, how we can support you in achieving your goals, our credentials, capability and fees.

Step 5

ONBOARDING

If our proposal meets your requirements, we’ll issue an engagement letter setting out our full terms and conditions. We will conduct “know your client” and anti-money laundering checks in line with our regulatory obligations.

Step 6

PLANNING AND DELIVERY

Each project we deliver is unique. Careful project planning ensures all parties are aware of commitments and deliverables. We will work alongside you and your business requirements to ensure you receive the highest levels of service.
