Peter is a Senior Manager supporting our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Business Funding divisions.

An entrepreneurial business leader, combining commercial insightfulness with extensive experience, Peter has a demonstrable history of driving and delivering shareholder wealth, raising capital (both debt and equity) and facilitating complex mergers & acquisitions across a range of industries.

He joined the company from £9m software business Joblogic, where he was Chief Financial Officer overseeing the group finance function across the UK and a number of global territories including the USA, Pakistan and Vietnam. Prior to this, he spent over 15 years as a corporate finance advisor for Isca Ventures, Purple Lime and Target Corporate Finance.

Peter covers all aspects of buying, selling or funding the growth of a business including exit planning, mergers, valuations, MBIs and MBOs.

‍

When away from the office, Peter is an avid sports fan – particularly of football and Formula One. He also enjoys the great outdoors, whether travelling abroad or exploring the countryside with his wife and two dachshunds.
