The founders – Tom and Chris Fuller – were looking to exit as, while the business was performing well, they had invested nearly ten years in its development and were looking for a better work-life balance.

By integrating MY Compliance Management's proven compliance expertise with Access Learning's established learning and development capabilities, the combined offering delivers enhanced value to customers seeking comprehensive workforce solutions.
It was also the perfect deal for Tom and Chris as it saw them receive financial security while taking on consultancy roles with the business for a limited period following completion.
